Can I add more battery capacity in the future?
Yes, all CREOVANT systems are designed for modular expansion. You can start with a smaller capacity and add more battery modules as your needs grow. Our systems support parallel connection of up to 16 units, allowing you to scale from 5kWh to over 200kWh.
What maintenance is required?
Our systems are virtually maintenance-free. We recommend an annual visual inspection and keeping the unit clean and well-ventilated. The battery management system (BMS) automatically handles cell balancing and thermal management. Software updates are pushed remotely.
How does the warranty process work?
If you experience any issues, contact our support team with your serial number. We'll perform remote diagnostics first. If hardware replacement is needed, we'll ship a replacement unit within 48 hours. For critical commercial systems, we offer on-site service with 4-hour response time.
